Customs and rules
Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 11:00 am. For apartments, breakfast is not included in the rate. If you wish to use this service, the cost of breakfast is €9.50 per person, including access to the dining room and a rich sweet and savory buffet.
Apartment amenities: all apartments are equipped with:
- equipped kitchen with induction hob,
- microwave oven,
- refrigerator,
- high chair,
- bed rails (and everything you may need for your children),
- 2 TVs,
- air conditioning,
- wifi,
- safe,
- hairdryer,
- vanity set,
- 2 balconies.
All linen is included with weekly change; midweek change is available for a fee upon request
Daily cleaning is not included, but can be requested for a fee. Final cleaning included.
Apartment deposit: access to the apartments is subject to payment of a deposit of €50.00, which will be settled during check-in.
Agreements with restaurants are available at our reception, we will be happy to provide you with a discount card for partner restaurants.
Lunch at the hotel. The kitchen is available to guests for lunch; simple dishes will be offered daily and must be booked at the reception by 10:00 am. The same service is not available for dinner.
Wi-fi service is available throughout the property, (network “Hotel_Zavatta” password: zavattamare).
Check-in is available until 9:30 pm.
From 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm there is an extra charge of €30/room. After 11:30 pm, check-in is no longer allowed and will be postponed to the following day from 8:00 am onwards.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you wish to use the room in the afternoon until 2:00 pm (subject to availability), The cost must be agreed with the management.
Access to the room and apartments is allowed only to registered guests. Any unregistered person (friends, family, etc.) may go up to the room or apartment only for a few minutes. It is not permitted to use the facilities (shower, bathroom, bed, etc.) unless you have completed regular check-in and paid the daily rate.
Green “Economy” Rate: The Green “Economy” rate (only for rooms) is designed for those who want a comfortable stay at the best price, choosing an essential, practical, and environmentally friendly service.
What it includes
- Initial towel kit guaranteed upon arrival.
- Room cleaning and towel/facecloth change every 2 consecutive nights. A choice that reduces waste and allows for a more advantageous price.
Extras on request (only if you need them). If you want an additional change, you can request it at any time:
- Bath towel – €2.50 each.
- Face towel – €1.90 each.
- Bidet towel – €1.00 each.
Room linen. Every day we strive to tidy up and arrange each room in the best possible way. Our staff will change towels and facecloths whenever necessary. Nevertheless, we ask for particular attention to linen, especially if used by only one person; often it is enough to hang it out to dry and use it again at least one more time. We ask ladies with makeup to use disposable paper towels to avoid staining, often irreversibly, the towels, which in this case will have to be thrown away.
Washing machine: a coin-operated washing machine is available in a common area and can be freely used by all guests who need it.
Parking: we have a private, fenced, unattended parking lot, free for all our guests until the morning of checkout. It is located 600 meters from the property. If you wish to use the space all day, the cost is €10.00.
Beach service: beach service is not included in the quote. However, you can freely choose and book the establishment you prefer. To make things easier, we provide you with the contacts of the beaches closest to the property: you can request information on availability, rates, and any special needs (for example, if you wish to bring small pets). We invite you to contact the chosen beach directly to make your reservation according to your needs.

Deposit. As with any hotel, the reservation is subject to and confirmed only after payment of the "deposit".
The deposit has always been a way to protect the hotel in case of no-show or cancellation by guests. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used for another period during the summer, subject to our availability.
Smokers. As in any public facility, it is not permitted to smoke in the room.
Bar. At Hotel Villa Zavatta there is a well-stocked bar for coffee, aperitifs, alcoholic drinks, beers, etc. It is not possible to request to store bottles and drinks purchased outside our facility in the bar.
Bicycle and unicycle storage. If you are interested in bringing your own bicycles, please inform us before arrival as our space is limited. The storage of each bicycle is subject to a cost of €4 per day per bicycle.
Luggage storage. Free.
Tourist tax: the tourist tax is €1.50 per night for each adult guest and is applied only to the first 5 nights. (application period: from June to September)
